Largest Centralised Nebulizer System Inaugurated in Bangladesh
The largest central nebulizer system, invented under the supervision of A2i Innovation Lab has been set up in Naogaon Sadar Hospital. The system was inaugurated by local MP (Nowgaon-5) Barrister Nizam Uddin Jalil John on Sunday.
Nowgaon Deputy Commissioner Md. Haroon Or-Rashid, Civil Surgeon of Naogaon Hospital, ABM Abu Haneef, Principal, Professor of Naogaon Medical College Dr. Mohammad Abdul Bari and Sponsor Director of Runner Group were present in the inaugural session while the event was presided over by Dr Mohammad Saeedul Haque, Caretaker of the Hospital.
Among others A2i National Consultant Taufikur Rahman, Assistant Inventor Deepak Kumar Sheel and Md. Sohail Rana, local dignitaries and media personnels were also present in the occasion. This nebulizer system, invented by The A2i Innovation Lab is really cost effective and easily installable for treatment. As a Social Responsibility of Runner Group, the only motorcycle manufacturer and exporting company of Bangladesh, the system has been installed under the active support of Hafizur Rahman Khan, the Chairman of the group. Anwar Hossain, the innovator, installed the system through 34 outlets in just one month, under the supervision of Nowgaon Deputy Commissioner and hospital authorities. The system enables as many as 34 patients suffering from respiratory related diseases to be nebulized simultaneously at any moment.
Earlier, the project has successfully served nearly millions of patients at Bangladesh Tuberculosis Hospital in last two years. At the same time, this system is running in a small scale in different districts of the country. Today, for the first time, this centralized nebulizer system has been installed in multiple cabins and wards at the hospital.
